By accessing and using Florida Housing Coalition, Inc.’s website, services, events, and membership offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Membership with Florida Housing Coalition, Inc. grants individuals or organizations access to resources, events, and exclusive content. All membership fees are non-refundable.
For event refunds, please review our General Membership & Event Refund Policy and the event-specific terms provided at registration (including the Annual Conference policy, where applicable).
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with our operations, including unauthorized access to systems, misrepresentation of identity, or use of our content for commercial gain without permission.
All materials, content, and branding associated with Florida Housing Coalition, Inc.—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and publications—are the property of Florida Housing Coalition, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration as deemed necessary.

Submit a Support RequestCancellations must be submitted in writing no later than July 31, 2026, to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.
After July 31, 2026, no refunds will be issued. However, an alternate individual may attend in place of the original registrant at no additional charge, provided prior written notice is given to the Coalition.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Full payment is due within 45 days of registration and must be received no later than 14 days prior to the start of the Conference.
Registrations with unpaid balances after these deadlines may be canceled at the discretion of the Florida Housing Coalition. Admission credentials and conference materials may be withheld until payment is received in full.
Discounted or early-bird rates are not guaranteed until payment is received.
If registering with the “invoice” or offline payment option, payment must be received according to the terms above. Failure to remit payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the registration without further notice.
The Florida Housing Coalition shall not be held liable for failure to hold the Conference as scheduled due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters (including hurricanes), government orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event the Conference is canceled, postponed, shortened, or converted to a virtual format due to such circumstances, the Coalition reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies, which may include issuing a credit toward a future event, partial refund, or other alternative arrangements.
The Coalition is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by registrants.

Submit a Support RequestThe Florida Housing Coalition strives to provide valuable services and events to our members and participants. Please review the following policies before submitting a refund request.
Membership dues are non-refundable. Once a membership has been processed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
For trainings, workshops, webinars, and other non-conference events, refund requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event.
Refund requests received before this deadline will be reviewed and may be approved at the Coalition’s discretion. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees. In some cases, a credit toward a future event may be offered in lieu of a refund.
Refund requests received fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event are generally not eligible for refund, except in limited circumstances at the Coalition’s discretion.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
