The Florida Housing Coalition, in partnership with Civitas LLC, is hosting a HUD Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) training.

Advanced IDIS Workshop

This two-day interactive workshop builds upon the introductory workshop and is targeted for experienced IDIS users.

In additional to CDBG & HOME, this workshop will review common IDIS functions associated with ESG and HOPWA grants.

Attendees will become familiar with the use of sub-grants and sub-funds. Users will review in detail the Strategic Plan portion of the Consolidated Plan and its implications on the Annual Action Plans & CAPERs. This session will review recent HUD Guidance on Grant Based Accounting and Origin Year grant compliance as well as commitment & expenditure deadlines. Attendees will have time to ask questions and troubleshoot issues they may be facing with their respective grants.

Optional, but not required for training: If you would like to log into IDIS during the training, please bring a laptop with your IDIS user ID and password.
